Driveman product introduction

Driveman is the third generation Drive Recorder.

1st generation: Shock trigger REC for past 15 sec. plus 5 sec.
2nd generation: Full time REC with VGA image quality.
3rd generation: Full time REC with Hi-Def image quality.

Driveman designed not only for accident evidence purpose but to enjoy
driving scene as memory of trip and visit. Also good for Driving
Practice for youth.

Original new technology to keep up LED traffic signal.

REC frame rate and shutter speed may synch with LED traffice light resulting no
light at signal for a few seconds by conventional circuitry especially under sunny bright daylight.
Driveman has no synch circuitry. (Patent pending.)


Full time REC

Full time REC
During driving all scene no mis REC at all. File gap Less than 0.05 sec.

File style is H.264 MOV and each file length is set 5 minutes and stored in SD card.
Conventional technology require 1 to 2 second of time gap to create new file.
Our original new technology allows this gap becomes less than 0.05 sec.

For example 1.5 sec of gap is approx. 30 yard at 40 MPH. That much gap is no use
as Drive Recorder. If 0.05 sec., it becomes less than 1 yard.


Hi-Def image quality



License plate reading is possible. Driveman adopt 5MB pixcel CMOS as image sensor for
720P Hi-Def image. 920K pixcel movie image.

Playback speed is adjustable 0.5x slow, 1x standard , 3x fast, 6x very fast .
Reverse playback is also adjustable -0.5 slow, -1x standard , -3x fast, -6x very fast reverse playback.

Light weight, Compact and all in one.


Key Features:

☆ Endless REC, overwrite oldest file to cycle.
Store 5 minute file unit, when memory Full overwrite oldest file.

☆ SDHC memory card usable up to 32GB.
Approx. record time 4GB 2hr, 8GB 4hr, 16GB 8hr and 32GB 16hr. 64GB not supprted.
Important file should be stored to PC before overwritten.
SD card has quality and life time, we do not assure any SD card to work with Driveman.

☆ Driveman is detachable from bracket. Connect with HD-TV for playback with AC adaptor supplied.
SD card can be used with PC for playback with software to handle H.264 MOV files.
Built-in LCD on back of Driveman can playback image also.

☆ FCC approved. No interfarence with ETC or GPS.

☆ Date/Time indication on image.

☆ For safety precaution, no battery used even for clock. Super capacitor is adopted for clock and
power to close last file after engine key off. If engine not started over one week, the super
capacitor may depleted setting clock as default.

☆ Super capacitor energy to close last file after power is OFF. In case an accident to cut poewr
line of Driveman, last file is safe and kept in memory. Most competition loose last file if power line
is cut.

☆ Mount of bracket onto window shield is by adhesive tape that cures after 24 hr.

☆ Installation is designed with power supply from back of audio unit. Professional service station
should do the job, or obtain optional cigar socket power adaptor.
